Genworth seeks an IT Strategy & Performance Operations Manager to align technology initiatives with our finance and insurance objectives. In this role, you will shape IT strategy, define roadmaps, and build performance frameworks that support long-term care, mortgage, and protection products. You will collaborate across business and IT teams, manage portfolios and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant solutions that advance Genworth's mission of long-term financial security for families and aging populations.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT strategy and performance operations to support Genworth's financial and insurance platforms
- Translate business goals into IT roadmaps, KPIs, and performance dashboards
- Partner with finance, operations, and technology teams to prioritize and deliver IT initiatives
- Monitor IT service performance, identify gaps, and drive process and technology improvements
- Govern IT portfolio, demand, and resource planning to maximize value and control risk
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data governance standards
- Develop reports and executive presentations on IT performance and strategic outcomes
- Support change management, communication, and adoption of new IT solutions
