What You’ll Do
-Greet guests warmly and take dine-in, takeout, and phone/app orders
-Operate the POS, handle cash/card payments, and balance your drawer
-Answer phone orders and coordinate order pickups/deliveries
-Keep the counter, drink station, and dining area clean and stocked at all times
-Answer menu questions, suggest specials, and resolve guest issues kindly
-Assist with opening/closing tasks and light prep as needed
-Ensure the dining area and restrooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next business day
