We own a fully set-up, beautifully appointed spa facility and are seeking an experienced, high-caliber Spa Business Partner / Managing Operations Lead to take full operational ownership.
If you are an industry expert with a proven track record in running a successful spa, managing staff, and building a loyal clientele, this is a turnkey opportunity to run a complete spa business without the massive upfront capital expenditures of building out a space from scratch.

Team Leadership & Hiring: Ability to recruit, train, schedule, and retain top-tier estheticians, massage therapists, and front-desk personnel.
Marketing & Client Acquisition: Strong understanding of local marketing, digital booking platforms, customer retention programs, and service packaging.
Quality Control & Compliance: High standards for sanitation, guest experience, and state regulatory compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience as a Spa Manager, Operations Director, or Owner/Operator.
Deep knowledge of skincare treatments, wellness modalities, and spa software/POS systems.
An entrepreneurial, ownership mindset with a focus on profitability and client satisfaction.
