We are seeking a qualified CNA to help in our home for the holidays.
Experienced caregivers only, to provide high quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Provide patient care under direction of quadiplegic patient.
Maintain good hygiene, groom, cook, toilet/catheter/enima, housekeeping, laundry, etc.
Maintain a clean and healthy environment shared with pets (cats & birds).
Administer prescribed (nebulizer etc.), and holistic medications to a patient.
Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment.
Assist in the transfer via hoist patient.
Assist phone calls, texts, basic media.
Provide companionship and basic care to the patient.
Qualifications:
Pass background check.
Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields.
Punctual and dependable.
Proficient at using their own cell phones for clocking in/out, texting, web searches etc. for the patient.
Ability to build rapport with any patient while having a compassionate, calm and caring demeanor.
Ability to work well with another caregiver.
