We are building a team of Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide attentive, one-on-one care in Santa Maria and Lompoc areas. You will support individual’s health and daily care needs while communicating clearly with the client, family, and care team.
LVN Benefits
- $40 - $42hr
- 401k plan after 1yr and 1000 hours worked

Shifts Available 7 days a week:
7:00am - 3:00pm
8:00am - 4:00pm
9:00am - 5:00pm
3:00pm - 8:00pm and occasionally until 11:00pm
LVN Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility support.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation of patient progress and interventions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
LVN Qualifications
- Current California LVN license in good standing
- At least 1yr experience preferred
- Pediatric and adult care experience
- Experience with Hoyer lifts and ROM exercises
- Confident with Trach care, Indwelling Catheters and G-Tubes
- Proficiency in medication administration and management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Reliability and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to commit long term 2-3 shifts per week
