Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) – Travel Contract
Artesia, NM | $2,520.00 - $2,700.00 per week

Assignment Details
Openings: 2 day-shift RNs and 1 night-shift RN
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Weekly Pay Package: $2,520 - $2,700
Weekly package varies based on the assignment and eligibility for travel stipends. Your recruiter will review the full pay breakdown and guaranteed-hours terms before you accept.
Responsibilities
Provide safe, timely nursing care to patients presenting with emergency illnesses and injuries.
Perform assessments, triage patients, and recognize changes requiring immediate intervention.
Administer medications and treatments and monitor patient responses.
Collaborate with providers and the care team to coordinate treatment, transfers, and discharge.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and patient safety standards.
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families.
Qualifications
Active New Mexico RN license or valid multistate compact RN license.
Previous emergency department RN experience.
BLS, ACLS, PALS
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to meet facility credentialing and onboarding requirements before the assignment begins.
Pay: $2,520.00 - $2,700.00 per week
