We are looking for a creative, customer-focused retail professional to join our Furniture store. The ideal candidate will combine strong retail sales and management experience with an excellent eye for color, style, design, and presentation.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in retail sales, store management, or boutique retail operations.
- Background in furniture, interior design, home décor, fashion, antiques, vintage goods, or fine furnishings.
- Strong merchandising skills and an eye for color, texture, pattern, and visual presentation.
- Ability to help customers select rugs that complement their homes, furnishings, and personal style.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Experience with inventory, store operations, and maintaining an attractive retail environment.
- A creative, resourceful approach to styling, design, and problem-solving.
- Professional, dependable, and interested in a consistent, long-term position.
We are especially interested in someone who appreciates design, enjoys working with people, and can combine creativity with practical retail and sales skills. Experience with antiques, textiles, furniture, or interior decorating is a plus.
