Premier Motorcoach Innovations is a RV & Truck Repair Center specializing in collision, body, paint, interior remodels, house repairs. We have been in business since 1972 and located in Santa Ana, CA just off the 55 freeway and Edinger.
We are seeking an Service Writer/Customer Service Representative with experience working in a repair shop, estimating, and customer service skills. Specific knowledge of RV systems, collision repairs, mechanically inclined, 12V systems, plumbing, interiors, batteries, solar systems, are a plus.
We provide full support to assist with learning specifics of RVs and Commercial Trucks as needed. All we ask is that you have a passion for helping customers, be able to quickly and efficiently identify concerns and parts required, and focus on getting jobs in and out of the shop.
This position will report directly to the shop manager providing accurate and on-time customer-approved estimates and communicating with customers. In addition you will work with parts vendors to identify compatibility, placing orders, and working with technicians to complete jobs as per customer specifications.
This is a fulltime job that requires consistent customer service and attendance at work.
