Pay Increase: $24.00 per hour after 3 months
Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, dependable, and motivated Sales Associate to join our team for long-term employment. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of customer service or sales experience. Experience in the stone industry or stone tools is a plus.
We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, works well with customers, and can handle daily store operations accurately and professionally.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with sales transactions and prepare invoices.
Receive and process payments by cash, credit card, and check.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Perform inventory counts for the entire store or designated sections when needed.
Use basic computer programs to enter sales and payment information.
Help maintain an organized and efficient store environment.
Requirements
At least 2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
Stone industry or stone tool experience is a plus.
Basic computer skills are required.
Responsible, dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Monday through Friday
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
One-hour lunch break
8-hour workday
Day shift / Morning shift
Compensation & Growth
Start at $22.00 per hour.
Increase to $24.00 per hour after 3 months.
Eligible for a commission opportunity after 6 months, depending on performance, product knowledge, and learning progress.
