EmpireWorks Reconstruction is hiring experienced Exterior Painting Sprayers to join our crews working on large apartment communities, condominiums, and commercial properties throughout Chino and the Inland Empire.
We're looking for skilled painters with hands-on experience operating professional airless paint sprayers, preparing exterior surfaces, and delivering clean, consistent finishes.
This is a full-time, outdoor position with consistent work, supportive foremen, and opportunities to grow within the company.
PAY & SCHEDULE
$22.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Full-time – 40 hours per week
Paid every Friday
Projects throughout Chino and the Inland Empire

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Operating airless paint sprayers for exterior painting projects
Spraying stucco, siding, walls, and other exterior surfaces
Preparing surfaces through masking, scraping, sanding, and cleaning
Applying primers and finish coats to achieve even, professional results
Performing touch-ups and maintaining quality standards
Working safely around occupied apartment communities and commercial properties
Cleaning and maintaining spraying equipment
Following job site safety procedures and working alongside your crew
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous hands-on experience with exterior paint spraying REQUIRED
Experience operating and maintaining airless paint sprayers
Ability to achieve smooth, even coverage with minimal overspray
Knowledge of proper surface preparation, masking, and paint application
Experience painting apartment complexes, condominiums, or commercial buildings preferred
Comfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and at heights
Ability to lift and carry 5-gallon paint buckets
OSHA 10 certification is a plus
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Reliable transportation to job sites
Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work well with a crew
IMPORTANT: We are specifically looking for candidates with actual spraying experience. General painting experience without hands-on sprayer operation may not qualify.
