2pm to 10pm on Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday and Wednesday Responsibilities Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, and mobility. Take and record vital signs and report changes in a patient’s condition to the nurse. Help patients transfer and reposition safely. Document care accurately and promptly. Maintain a clean, comfortable environment and follow infection prevention practices. Treat patients and families with respect, patience, and compassion. Qualifications Active CNA certification in the state where you will work. Current CPR/BLS certification, if required for the assignment. Ability to work as part of a care team and communicate clearly with patients and staff. Post-acute, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
