We are seeking reliable, skilled, and hardworking individuals to join our residential construction team. We are looking to fill three distinct roles for an upcoming project. Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic are a must for all positions.
Available Roles:
Residential Carpenter
We are seeking a carpenter with experienced in residential construction.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Proficient in rough carpentry, wood framing, layout, and reading blueprints.
• Experienced in installing joists, studs, and rafters.
• Knowledgeable in finishing work, including hanging doors, installing windows, and trim work.
• Must have a standard set of hand and power tools.
• Bilingual a plus
• Able to be on foot all day, able to lift and carry 75 lbs.
General Laborer
We are looking for a dependable laborer to support our skilled trades and keep the site moving efficiently.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Responsible for daily site cleanup and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Manually moving heavy materials, including lumber and concrete bags.
• Assisting with digging, trenching, and staging tools for the carpenter and concrete teams.
• Must have your own basic PPE (steel-toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses).
• Bilingual a plus
• Able to be on foot all day, able to lift and carry 75 lbs.
• Moving material and trash, cleaning and organizing job-site.
Concrete Worker / Mason
We need an experienced concrete finisher/mason for structural pouring and finishing work. Must have own tools.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Skilled in setting up forms and tying rebar.
• Proficient in pouring slabs and footings.
• Capable of achieving high-quality smooth or broom finishes.
• Understands basic grading and concrete cure times.
