Command International Security Services is seeking a reliable, professional, and highly observant Vehicle Patrol Security Officer to monitor and maintain the safety and security of a facility in the Riverside/Jurupa Valley area. The officer will be responsible for conducting regular vehicle patrols, monitoring facility grounds, identifying suspicious activity, and reporting security concerns.
The ideal candidate must be a safe and responsible driver with a good driving record and the ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
-Conduct regular vehicle patrols throughout the facility and surrounding property.
-Maintain an active and visible security presence while monitoring the facility.
-Monitor the property for suspicious activity, unauthorized access, trespassing, theft, vandalism, and other security concerns.
-Inspect designated areas of the facility and report unusual activity or safety hazards.
-Monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, and other assigned locations.
-Respond promptly to security concerns and incidents in accordance with company policies and post orders.
-Maintain communication with supervisors and facility management regarding security-related issues.
-Complete accurate Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and incident reports as required.
-Safely operate and maintain the assigned company vehicle.
-Follow all company policies, traffic laws, and site-specific security procedures.
-Perform additional security-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
-Valid California BSIS Guard Card REQUIRED.
-At least 8 YRS previous security or vehicle patrol experience preferred.
-Must have a good driving record.
-Valid driver's license and ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
-Must be comfortable driving regularly throughout the facility and conducting patrols.
-Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to identify and report suspicious activity promptly.
-Reliable, punctual, and professional.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to complete written reports.
-Must follow all post orders and maintain a professional appearance.
-Must be able to work independently and remain alert throughout the shift.
