E Mortgage is an established mortgage brokerage in Irvine. We're looking for driven people who want to start a career in mortgage sales. No license or mortgage experience needed. We'll help you get your NMLS license and train you to become a loan officer.
HOW IT WORKS
- Start by studying for your NMLS license with our support
- While you study, outbound calls, follow up with warm leads, and book appointments for our loan officers
- Once you're licensed, take on your own clients and earn uncapped commission
WHAT YOU'LL DO ONCE LICENSED
- Call and follow up with warm leads we provide
- Take applications, present loan options, and guide clients through closing
- Work with our processing team to keep files moving
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Phone sales, call center, or customer service experience a plus
- Clear, confident communicator who's comfortable on the phone all day
- Coachable, organized, and motivated by commission
- Willing to complete NMLS pre-licensing education and pass the exam
