Liberty Preschool Academy, a new preschool opening in the South Sacramento area, is seeking a passionate, experienced, and qualified Preschool Principal / Director to lead our school into an exciting new chapter of early childhood education.
We are looking for a dedicated leader who believes in providing a safe, nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment where young children can grow, learn, and thrive.
POSITION: Preschool Principal / Director
Qualifications
- Meets California licensing requirements for a preschool director, including applicable education, experience, and early childhood education units.
- Knowledge of California Community Care Licensing regulations and Title 22 requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and staff-management skills.
- Experience overseeing preschool operations, curriculum, enrollment, and family engagement.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and the development of young learners.
- Ability to help establish policies, build a strong teaching team, and create a positive school culture.
