We are seeking an experienced, exceptionally friendly, energetic, and dependable Barista / Front-of-House team member who genuinely enjoys interacting with people and thrives in a busy café environment.
This is a hands-on position combining professional coffee preparation, cashier duties, customer service, and general front-of-house responsibilities. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, works efficiently, and contributes to a welcoming and enjoyable customer experience.
Qualifications & Expectations
* Minimum 2 years of professional barista experience.
* Strong skills with commercial espresso machines, dialing in espresso, grinder adjustments, and milk steaming.
* Exceptional friendliness and hospitality. Must have a warm, outgoing personality and genuinely enjoy engaging with customers.
* Strict punctuality and reliability. Must consistently arrive on time and be ready to begin work at 6:30 AM. Attendance and punctuality standards are strictly enforced.
* Professional appearance and grooming. Neat, clean attire, excellent personal hygiene, and a polished, professional presentation are essential.
* Confident handling cashier duties, POS transactions, and customer orders.
* Comfortable opening the café and preparing the espresso station independently.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods.
* Proactive approach to food running, bussing tables, cleaning, restocking, and maintaining an attractive, organized café.
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed.
