We are RPM, and our community service program(s) field representatives are in dire immediate need of Spanish and Chinese (mostly Spanish) speaking translators. The job consists of helping convert useful information to the community so the public gets a fair chance to know about what is now available to them. Our representatives mostly speak English and are having a difficult time being able to fluidly convey information to individuals in the communities they serve. We expect a well-groomed appearance, accuracy and fluidity when speaking, professional candor, and courteous behavior and communication when on the job. Pay is varied and dependent upon how well you help a field representative succeed in their workload throughout the day. The office will cover your background check fees, so do not worry about paying that. We are a no drugs, no alcohol and no dangerous criminal history employer. Please be able to keep up with rather active representatives as they service the communities of Southern California. Customer service skills and communication abilities are the job role 's focus, with emphasis on accuracy and fluid speech in translation.
