WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Minimum 5 years of professional roofing experience.
• Experience working on residential tile roofs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic set of personal roofing hand tools.
• Knowledge of roofing safety equipment and fall protection.
• Ability to perform physically demanding roofing work safely.
• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Pride in quality workmanship.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn specialized roof repair techniques.
• Ability to work well alongside another experienced roofer.
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
• Residential roof leak diagnosis and repair.
• Removing and reinstalling concrete or clay roof tiles.
• Roof underlayment and flashing repairs.
• Valley, chimney, and skylight leak repairs.
