Anchor Hospitality Co. is hiring a dependable, hands-on team member whose primary responsibilities will be laundry and vacation rental turnovers. (Part time, 30-40 hrs per week)
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in clean, well-presented homes and fresh, guest-ready linens. The right person will be organized, efficient, and comfortable working independently and alongside our cleaning team.
What you’ll do
- Clean and reset vacation rentals, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
- Make beds, restock guest supplies, and prepare homes for arriving guests.
- Follow property-specific checklists and complete required photos/videos.
- Report maintenance concerns and supply needs to the team lead or management.
- Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels for our vacation rentals.
- Keep laundry moving efficiently so clean linens are ready for scheduled turnovers.
What we’re looking for
- Residential cleaning, hospitality, or commercial laundry experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and good time management.
- Ability to organize laundry workflow and complete turnovers within scheduled timeframes.
- Reliable transportation between properties, a valid driver’s license, and current vehicle insurance.
- Comfort using scheduling apps, digital checklists, and photo/video uploads.
- Ability to perform cleaning and laundry duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Schedule and year-round commitment
- Tuesdays and/or Fridays beginning at 6:00 a.m. for laundry, sometimes Saturdays beginning at 7:30 a.m.
- Every Sunday beginning at 9:30 a.m. for turnover cleanings.
- Additional availability at least three weekdays per week between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Permanent team members receive scheduling priority over temporary and seasonal workers, based on availability, performance, and business needs. Hours and days worked vary with occupancy. We’re seeking someone who can maintain consistent availability throughout the year.
