Our Work
Ground-up multifamily and hotels, typically 3 to 8 stories. Most of our work is in San Diego County, with some projects throughout Southern California. We prefabricate as much as we can in the shop and work mostly with plastic.
Foreman (field)
Run the project. Lead and support your crews, and communicate with the general contractor and with our design and project management teams. You are responsible for quality control, code compliance, and more.
Plumbers (field)
Experienced multifamily plumbers who want to keep growing, work as part of a team, and help the people around them succeed.
• Strongly preferred: PVC, CPVC, PEX, and finish
• Nice to have: cast iron and copper

• About half of our work is prevailing wage, and everyone gets a share of it over time
