Coast Remodeling Services is a woman-owned, family-operated home improvement company serving San Diego. We’re looking for ONE experienced door-to-door canvasser to join our small, tight-knit team.
We’re selective about who joins us because we’ve built something special: an A-team that cares about our customers, takes pride in our work, and supports each other. Personal growth, healthy habits, positive energy, and integrity matter here.
You’ll be a valued member of the team, with direct access to ownership and the opportunity to make a real impact.
THE PAY
• $25/hour base pay, plus performance bonuses.
• Strong performers have the opportunity to double their base earnings through bonuses. Results determine earnings; $50/hour is not guaranteed.
THE WORK
Connect with San Diego homeowners and generate qualified appointments for exterior painting/coatings, roofing, windows, and other home improvements.
Our performance expectation is 1–3 qualified leads per day. We want someone who can confidently meet that expectation through experience, consistency, and respectful persistence.
EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
You must have a proven track record canvassing door-to-door in home improvement.
General sales, retail, phone sales, or closing experience alone does not meet this requirement. You need to know how to knock doors, start conversations, handle objections, and turn homeowner interest into qualified appointments.
