Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development
- Maintain inventory control and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets
- Marketing within the community
- Collaborate with franchisee to align with corporate standards
- Hands on in kitchen
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the food industry
- Knowledge of inventory control and food safety standards
- Experience in staff training and development
- Ability to manage budgets and financial performance
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills
Salary and Benefits
- Base salary $54,340, increase depending upon sales volume and meeting metrics
- Incentives currently $20,000/year upon meeting metrics
