Role Overview
We are seeking an Integrations Specialist to lead the planning and execution of all post-merger integration activities. This individual will serve as the central coordinator across functions, ensuring acquired companies are seamlessly integrated into Rotation Digital. They will drive integration initiatives across finance, HR, delivery and sales, consolidating systems, standardizing processes and aligning teams around shared ways of working. The role partners closely with department leaders, has visibility to the executive leadership team, and will support integration planning for future acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the integration program
- Own the end-to-end integration plan, pulling integration work from each department's roadmap into one coordinated program.
- Set priorities, timelines, milestones and owners, and keep work moving so it no longer falls to the back burner.
- Track progress, flag risks and dependencies early, and report status to department leaders and executives.
Unify systems, processes and workflows
- Map how each legacy business works today, identify gaps and overlaps, and recommend a single future-state approach.
- Drive the consolidation of systems, tools and resources so information is easy to find and access.
- Document standard processes so everyone knows which process to follow and where to go for what they need.
- Look for ways to improve operations every day, not just merge what exists.
Build alignment across the business
- Work cross-functionally with back office and front office teams to coordinate integration work across departments.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and executives to build alignment on a shared vision and resolve competing priorities.
- Communicate changes clearly to employees so they understand what is changing, why, and what it means for them.
- Help bring two cultures together into one, connecting people across teams and fostering a shared identity.
Support future M&A
- Plan integrations for new acquisitions, from pre-close planning through post-close execution.
- Build repeatable integration playbooks, templates and checklists based on lessons learned.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information, including executive and deal-related matters, with discretion.
What you bring
- Hands-on experience leading post-merger or post-acquisition integrations at another company.
- 3-5 years of project or program management experience, managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives from plan to completion.
- A track record of process improvement and operational excellence, with examples of making work simpler and more efficient.
- Experience working cross-departmentally, and an understanding of how various business functions connect.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, from working sessions with individual contributors to presentations for executives.
- Proven ability to build alignment and influence without direct authority.
- Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
Who you are
- Action-oriented. You bias toward getting things done and keep momentum when others get pulled away.
- A self-starter. You find the work that matters and drive it forward without waiting to be told.
- Organized and detail-oriented. You keep many moving parts on track and nothing slips through the cracks.
- Tactical and operational. You can see the big picture and roll up your sleeves to execute it.
- Driven by excellence and improvement. You look for a better way every day.
- A connector. You are positive and motivated to bring people together, especially people who started out on different teams.
- Trustworthy. Leaders can count on you to handle sensitive information with care.
