M5 is looking for an experienced Estimator / Sales Representative who can turn customer requests into accurate bids, build strong customer relationships, and help bring custom jobs from inquiry to production.
What you’ll do
Prepare accurate quotes and bids for custom roofing and sheet metal fabrication jobs.
Review drawings, specifications, dimensions, and customer requirements to determine pricing and scope.
Work with our production team to confirm fabrication requirements, material needs, and lead times.
Handle sales inquiries, follow up on quotes, and help customers find the right solutions.
Maintain clear, organized records of quotes, orders, and customer communications.
What we’re looking for
At least 5 years of experience in the roofing or sheet metal fabrication industry.
Ability to estimate and bid custom work with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
Dependability, initiative, and the ability to keep quotes and customer requests moving.
Comfort using software to prepare estimates and manage orders.
A huge plus: Experience with MRPeasy or similar manufacturing, estimating, or order management software.
We’re looking for someone who understands the work, takes ownership, and can become a dependable part of the M5 team. There will be plenty of earning opportunity on top of your hourly rate as we are at the beginning of a huge overhaul around here and there's nowhere to go but UP!
