We are looking for a compassionate, dependable RN or LPN to provide one-on-one overnight nursing care for our young son, in our home. He uses a tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-tube. We are hoping to find someone interested in a consistent, long-term relationship with him and our family.
Available shifts:
• Sunday 7 p.m.–Monday 7 a.m.
• Monday 7 p.m.–Tuesday 7 a.m.
• Tuesday 7 p.m.–Wednesday 7 a.m.
If you would like additional hours, you can work with MGA to explore assignments with another patient, depending on availability.
Responsibilities include:
• Trach and ventilator care, suctioning, and respiratory monitoring.
• Prescribed nebulizer treatments, chest physiotherapy, and cough assist.
• G-tube feeds, water flushes, medication administration, and tube-site care.
• Positioning, personal care, and maintaining a comfortable nighttime environment.
• Following his current clinical orders and established care plan.
• Accurate documentation and clear shift handoffs.
We are looking for:
• An RN or LPN eligible to practice in Arizona.
• Pediatric trach/vent and G-tube experience strongly preferred.
• Someone reliable, punctual, gentle, and attentive throughout the overnight shift.
• A nurse who communicates well and works collaboratively with our family and clinical team.
• Short, smooth nails and no rings or jewelry during hands-on care that could scratch his skin.
You do not need to currently work for MGA to express interest. Qualified candidates can be referred to MGA for its hiring, compliance, onboarding, and field-training process. Employment and placement are subject to MGA approval.
Please send me a private message with your RN or LPN credential, relevant experience, availability, and whether you currently work with MGA.
We would love to find a caring nurse who will help him feel safe, comfortable, and supported while becoming a trusted part of his care team.
