Job Description
Our client is looking for an Electrical Distribution Engineer to join the team! This is a direct hire, permanent position with competitive salary, benefits, and Employee Stock Options. This is a hybrid position to work onsite 3 days a week. Engineer responsibilities will include leading and delivering electrical distribution projects (up to 34.5kV) from design through execution.
Serving as a technical expert while guiding and mentoring junior engineers.
Owning project success by managing scope, budget, schedule, and quality across multi-discipline teams.
Partnering directly with clients to develop solutions, present designs, and drive project outcomes.
Playing a key role in shaping project strategy, improving processes, and supporting business growth
Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing.
Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
Experience managing engineering design services for overhead and underground distribution line projects for investor-owned utilities in the United States
Experience in design of overhead and underground distribution projects (4kV-34.5kV)
Good communication skills and interest in engaging with Clients to grow relationships
Lead experience
PE license
