Requirement
• Operate the cash register accurately, handling all retail sales transactions with precision and efficiency.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product selections.
• Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits, enhancing their shopping experience.
• Upsell related products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of store products, merchandising standards, and current promotions to effectively assist customers.
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, appealing, and well-organized.
• Handle cash drawer operations responsible including cash handling, balancing register. shift end, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Assist in inventory management tasks such as stocking supplies and participating in stock counts.
• Support supervising staff during busy periods or when needed to ensure smooth store operations.
Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash register operations is a plus.
• Supervising experience in retail or customer service environments will be advantageous for leadership opportunities.
