We are hiring experienced warehouse associates and forklift operators for multiple full-time positions in Redlands, CA.
Available Positions:
Position Pay Rate Schedule Openings
Picker / Putaway – 1st Shift $18.00/hr Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:40 PM 2
Reverse Logistics Lead – 1st Shift $19.50/hr Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:40 PM or 7:00 AM–3:40 PM 2
General Labor / Forklift – 2nd Shift $20.50/hr Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–11:40 PM 3
Picker / Putaway – 2nd Shift $20.50/hr Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–11:40 PM 5
Job Requirements
Picker / Putaway – $18.00–$20.50/hr
- Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Put away incoming inventory and consolidate products.
- Load trucks and organize warehouse inventory.
- Comfortable operating equipment at heights.
- Must be detail-oriented.
Reverse Logistics Lead – $19.50/hr
- Sit-down forklift experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in warehouse or reverse logistics operations preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
General Labor / Forklift – $20.50/hr
- Sit-down forklift experience required.
- Must operate an electric pallet jack and cherry picker.
- Turret truck experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable working at heights.
All positions require candidates to speak, read, and communicate in English.

- General Labor: 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift Picker / Putaway: 2:00 PM or 2:30 PM, depending on assigned interview slot.
