Stehly Property Services is a growing property maintenance and improvement company serving residential properties throughout Laguna Beach, Dana Point, and surrounding South Orange County communities.
Looking for a dependable, experienced person familar in the trades who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well, and can handle a variety of residential repairs and improvements.
Heres is list of projects we encounter regularly, can teach where unfamilar;
Drywall repair, patching, texture matching, and painting
Finish carpentry, trim, doors, and hardware installation
Flooring installation and minor repairs
Demolition, preparation, and cleanup
Basic plumbing fixture and electrical device work within applicable legal and licensing requirements
General property maintenance and repairs
Maintaining clean, organized, professional job sites
Qualifications
At least 3 years of hands-on experience preferred
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Familiarity with common hand and power tools
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and respect for customers' homes
Dependable attendance and clear communication
Ability to perform the physical duties of the position, with reasonable accommodation where applicable
What we offer
$20–$30 per hour, depending on demonstrated skill
