We are a family-owned furniture store that has been proudly serving our community for over 20 years. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, confident, and motivated Furniture Sales Associate to join our team!

REQUIREMENTS
Fluent Spanish and English required
Previous sales experience required
Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
Comfortable approaching and talking with customers
Strong customer service and communication skills
Motivated and goal-oriented
Basic computer skills
Reliable and dependable
Willing to help with light showroom cleaning when not assisting customers
Must be available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome customers and provide friendly, personalized service
Help customers find furniture that fits their needs, style, and budget
Explain products, pricing, and promotions
Build relationships with customers and close sales
Process sales and customer information using a computer
Follow up with customers when needed
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and welcoming
Work together with our team to provide a great customer experience
Assist with other showroom duties as needed
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
FULL-TIME — $17/HOUR + COMMISSION
Starting pay: $17/hour
Commission on sales
Earning potential of $35+ per hour
Paid training
Paid holidays after successful completion of probationary period
Paid vacation after yearly anniversary
Opportunity to increase earnings based on sales performance
