We are seeking a Legal Assistant/ Paralegal to join our tightknit team to assist with worker's compensation/work injury matters. This is a great opportunity for an individual who has some experience as a legal assistant or Paralegal in the field of workers' compensation, is a quick learner and can adapt to a fast-paced team work environment. Legal office/Workers' Compensation experience is required.**
The ideal candidate MUST be bilingual (English and Spanish), a team player, proficient at using Microsoft Office, can adapt to learning how to navigate case management programs (and related software), has great attention to detail, and communication skills. Job duties would include clerical, answering calls, regular interaction with clients, adjusters, attorneys and medical providers, calendaring, filing, processing mail/paperwork, and preparing documents for filing and service.
* Paralegal Certification not required.
