Pay: $20/hour (daytime hours)
Position: Full-Time / Live-In Supported Living Staff
Schedule: Approximately 250–300 total hours per month, including overnight availability

Progressive Assisted Living (PAL) is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated individual to join our Supported Living Services (SLS) team!

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others, building positive relationships, and supporting individuals in reaching their personal goals.
Job Responsibilities
Support individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and household activities.
Provide transportation and assistance with community outings, appointments, and social activities.
Encourage independence, personal choice, and participation in meaningful experiences.
Create a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment.
Maintain accurate daily documentation and communication logs.
Provide overnight availability for emergencies as part of a live-in arrangement.
Position Details & Requirements
Live-in position in a home or apartment agreed upon by the individual and their support team.
Approximately 8 daytime hours at the regular hourly rate, plus 8 overnight hours at a prorated rate.
Reliable vehicle with valid insurance.
Ability to pass a Live Scan background check.
High school diploma/GED and/or 2 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
Strong communication skills, patience, reliability, and a positive attitude.
