The job: call expired listings and past clients, have real conversations, set appointments. That's it. No selling, no license needed, no experience required — we'll train you on exactly what to say.
Who you are: great phone voice, reliable, thick skin, hungry. If people have always told you "you should be in sales," this is your shot.
- $20/hr, 10-15 hrs/week (flexible schedule)
- $50 bonus for every appointment that shows up
- $1,000 bonus for every deal that closes ($1M and under), $2,000 (over $1M)
