Prior experience in an Accounting Manager, Corporate Accounting Manager, or similar hands-on leadership role.
Experience with multi-entity consolidations and complex general ledger accounting.
Knowledge of foreign currency accounting, FX translation, and multi-currency transactions.

Public-company accounting OR SEC reporting experience, including 10-Q/10-K preparation and financial statement footnotes, highly preferred.
