Key Responsibilities
Perform fund and portfolio accounting across multiple investment vehicles and managed accounts.
Support month-end close, reconciliations, cash management, and investment reporting.
Prepare client, management, and financial reporting packages.
Assist with annual audits and financial statement preparation.
Analyze portfolio and investment performance metrics.
Partner with investment teams, external managers, and service providers to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Maintain and reconcile large datasets across accounting and reporting systems.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation, AI, and technology solutions.
Support ad hoc projects, analyses, and operational initiatives.

Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in fund accounting, public accounting, audit, tax, or financial services.
Strong understanding of partnership, fund, and investment accounting concepts.
Advanced Excel skills with experience managing large datasets and reconciliations.
Experience with portfolio accounting, performance measurement, and financial reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to independently investigate and resolve reporting or reconciliation issues.
Experience with investment accounting platforms, reporting tools, or databases is preferred.
Exposure to SQL, data analytics, automation tools, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar technologies is a plus.
CPA or progress toward certification is preferred.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and workflow automation.
