Landscape Foreman / Lead Installer Needed
Growing landscape construction company looking for an experienced landscape foreman / lead installer.
Must have strong experience with:
* Artificial turf installation
* Pavers
* Retaining walls
* Irrigation / sprinklers
* Drainage
* Concrete prep
* Grading and base work
* Operating skid steers, excavators, plate compactors, etc.
Requirements:
* Must have your own truck
* Must have your own tools, laser, and basic equipment
* Valid driver’s license
* Reliable and punctual
* Able to lead a crew and keep jobs moving efficiently
* Must know how to read plans, shoot grades, and maintain quality workmanship
* Professional attitude with customers and crew
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up every day, and knows how to run jobs properly without constant supervision.
Pay depends on experience and capability.
