The Grove Barbershop is expanding! Due to high demand and continuous growth, we are actively hiring 8 to 10 talented barbers to join our established flagship shop in Elk Grove and our brand-new location, The Grove Waterman.
We are a family-owned, community-focused business that prioritizes professional growth, barber development, and maintaining an inclusive, high-energy environment. Whether you are an industry veteran or looking to kickstart your career, we provide high-volume foot traffic to help you build and scale your clientele fast.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking team-oriented, customer-focused, and driven professionals who bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the chair. We have opportunities available for:
Licensed Barbers & Cosmetologists: Ready to step into a steady queue of walk-ins and build a loyal client base.
Recent Barber College Graduates: Eager to refine their craft, learn from experienced professionals, and build a career.
Experienced Barbers (Unlicensed / Apprentices): Possess solid cutting and styling skills and are looking for a supportive pathway to professional growth.

High Walk-In Volume: Consistent foot traffic across two prime Elk Grove locations to help keep your chair full.
No Existing Clientele Required: We supply the traffic; you bring the skill and customer service.
Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling. (Note: Our shops are closed Sundays and Mondays).

Modern Operations: Seamless appointment management through our in-house booking system.
Key Qualifications
Strong technical skills across diverse hair types, textures, and modern/classic styles.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
