Our business focuses primarily on purchasing, fixing and flipping, and wholesaling residential real estate. What You Will Do
Your primary responsibility will be helping The USA Home Guys acquire investment properties. Your daily activities will include:
-Speaking with homeowners and property sellers
-Building relationships with prospective sellers
-Evaluating potential investment properties
-Presenting offers to homeowners
-Following up with leads and prospects
-Negotiating purchase opportunities
-Helping move transactions from initial conversation through closing
-No License or Previous Real Estate Experience Required
A real estate license is not required for this position, and previous real estate experience is not necessary. Extensive sales experience is also not required.
We provide the training, systems, mentorship, and support you need to learn our process and develop the skills necessary to become successful.
Work Structure
You will begin the position working 100% virtually from home for your first 45 days. After successfully closing your first deal with the company, you will have the opportunity to work from our office location as well, if you choose.
This is a full-time, commission-based opportunity designed for individuals who are serious about pursuing a career in real estate.
Our highest-performing representatives have the potential to earn $10,000–$40,000+ per month, depending on performance, production, and time invested. Compensation is commission-based, with additional opportunities for weekly performance bonuses.
Because this is a performance-driven position, the amount of time and effort you put into the business will directly impact your results. We are looking for individuals who are prepared to make real estate a serious career—not a part-time side opportunity.
