TKB Deli & Bakery is currently hiring for our Riverside food truck near Magnolia & Buchanan.
We’re looking for people who already understand what it means to work in a fast-paced food-service and customer-service environment. We can teach you the TKB way—but we're looking for applicants who bring a strong work ethic, initiative, reliability and great customer service from day one.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
✅ Restaurant, deli, café, food-truck or similar experience preferred
✅ Strong customer-service skills
✅ Friendly, professional and comfortable talking with customers
✅ POS/register and cash-handling experience is a plus
✅ Accurate with orders and attention to detail
✅ Able to follow recipes, sandwich builds and portion standards
✅ Understands the importance of food safety and sanitation
✅ Dependable and punctual
✅ Takes direction and responds well to coaching
✅ Works well as part of a team
✅ Self-motivated—sees what needs to be done and does it
✅ Willing to clean, restock, organize and stay productive between customers
✅ Comfortable working in a busy food-truck environment
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AT TKB
We take our food and our customer experience seriously.
Our team members are expected to provide excellent service, prepare food consistently, keep the truck clean and organized, work with urgency during busy periods and help wherever needed.
You won't be expected to know everything on your first day. We will train you on TKB's specific procedures and standards. But we're looking for people who already know how to show up, work hard, take direction and take care of customers.
