Job Description
- Lead finance and accounting activities, including general ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes, and financial reporting for consolidation purposes
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, regulatory compliance, tax coordination, in compliance with local GAAP and IFRS.
- Manage relationship with external auditors.
- Lead cash management and liquidity planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
- Coordinate corporate income tax, VAT and other statutory filings.
- Monitor regulatory developments impacting the business
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls, financial governance and risk management processes.
- Optimize accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory levels.
- Improve cash conversion cycle and working capital efficiency.
- Coordinate relationships with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and other external financial stakeholders.
- Lead and develop the Accounting and Administration team.
- Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 7-10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including leadership responsibility.
- Manufacturing finance/accounting experience required.
- SAP experience required.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, treasury, working capital and internal controls.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, leadership, and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA preferred.
- Multinational/global company experience preferred.
- Experience working with international finance teams and stakeholders.
- HVAC, heat-transfer, data center, power generation, or industrial manufacturing experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing growth, CAPEX and business expansion.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
