Team Leader – ADULT RETAIL STORE
We are seeking a dependable, professional, and motivated Team Leader to join our retail team. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in an adult novelty retail environment and has strong customer service, leadership, and organizational skills.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with daily store operations and supervision of staff
• Provide professional, friendly, and discreet customer service
• Help train employees and ensure store policies are followed
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
• Operate the POS system and accurately handle cash/card transactions
• Assist with inventory, stocking, pricing, and product organization
• Monitor the sales floor and assist with loss-prevention procedures
• Help address employee and customer concerns professionally
• Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned
• Communicate operational issues to management promptly
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Retail, supervisory, or management experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable working around and discussing adult-oriented merchandise in a professional manner
• Able to follow procedures and provide direction to other employees
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
