You will partner with property, facilities, and project teams to translate business needs into scalable technical deployments, ensure data quality and security, and drive automation and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment of digital building and property technologies across JLL-managed real estate portfolios
- Configure, test, and implement software, Io
- T, and data platforms to support smart buildings and asset performance
- Collaborate with property, leasing, and project teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical deployment plans
- Integrate digital solutions with existing building systems, data sources, and enterprise platforms
- Monitor deployment performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate fixes with internal and vendor teams
- Develop deployment documentation, runbooks, and training materials for operations and facility staff
- Support data quality, security, and governance standards across all digital deployments
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and automate workflows using technology
- Provide technical guidance to clients and stakeholders on digital solutions and best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement, pilots, and innovation initiatives in smart building and proptech solutions
