MCC seeks a Senior Director IT Procurement to lead global technology sourcing in support of its Christian relief, development, and peace mission. This role designs and executes IT procurement strategy across hardware, software, cloud, and services, ensuring value, stewardship, and compliance. The director will negotiate enterprise contracts, manage vendor relationships, and optimize total cost of ownership. Partnering with IT, finance, and program leaders, they will build policies, analytics, and processes that align technology investments with MCC's faith-driven, cross-cultural work serving vulnerable communities worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global IT procurement strategy aligned with MCC's mission and technology roadmap.
- Lead sourcing, evaluation, and selection of vendors for hardware, software, cloud, and IT services.
- Negotiate enterprise contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements to optimize value and manage risk.
- Establish and maintain procurement policies, standards, and compliance controls for IT spending.
- Partner with IT, finance, and program leaders to plan and prioritize technology investments.
- Manage vendor performance, relationships, and issue escalation for key strategic partners.
- Oversee IT spend analytics, reporting, and total cost of ownership optimization.
- Lead and mentor a small procurement team and build capacity across global stakeholders.
