GraphicLab is hiring a Web Store Specialist to help manage and grow the online client company store programs. The Web Store Specialist will be involved in all aspects of the company web stores and will be relied on to better the programs, choose new apparel and products, work pop-up shops, reply to customer service inquiries and help pick and pack orders.
Daily duties include but not limited to:
Sort incoming emails and responding to priority requests and return phone calls to ascertain customers needs.
Check in with shipping to see if backup is needed and jump in to help finish packing orders to catch up.
Process any new returns or exchanges.
Place new orders with suppliers.
Check in with production on timelines.
Ongoing duties include but not limited to:
Attending supplier meetings and trade shows to see new product.
Hosting pop-up shop events, as often as once a quarter.
Researching and adding new products.
Creating specials, sales, email flyers, and seasonal offerings.
Improving margins and processes.
Quarterly reviews with clients and analyzing analytics to better the programs.
Updating back end and pricing - Shopify and eStore Platform.
Requirements:
Attention to detail, able to accurately pick and pack items
Must be able to comfortably lift 35 pounds
Familiar with online stores and ecommerce
Fluent in English (both written and oral)
Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS but not required
Must enjoy the apparel industry and want to grow company logo apparel programs
Friendly and able to relate to customers, even when they are frustrating
Able to multi-task and complete jobs on time. Time management is key!
Must be reliable
