Job Description:
A The River Oaks based Contemporary Mexican Restaurant is hiring passionate hospitality professionals for multiple positions, including Host or Hostess, Servers, Bartenders, Cooks. Key Responsibilities:
Servers:
- Provide exceptional guest service and create unforgettable dining experiences.
- Recibir a los invitados, explicar opciones del menú y ofrecer recomendaciones.
- Take accurate orders and maintain great communication between guests, kitchen, and bar teams.
- Deliver a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and hospitality.
Host or Hostess:
- Crear una bienvenida calida y memorable para cada invitado.
- Manage reservations, wait times, and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Communicate with the service team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
Bartenders:

- Provide excellent recommendations and create a memorable bar experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.

Cooks:

- Passion for hospitality, food, and creating amazing guest experiences.
- Actitud positiva, etica de trabajo y capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente dinamico.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Experiencia previa en restaurantes es un plus, pero tambien buscamos personas con ganas de aprender.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 30 lbs when needed.
- Autorización legal para trabajar en Estados Unidos.
- Certificación TABC preferida para Bartenders o disposicion para obtenerla.
