Hilltop is hiring a dependable, experienced line cook who takes pride in good food and a clean, organized kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items consistently.
Keep your station stocked and ready for service.
Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures.
Complete cleaning, opening, and closing duties.
Communicate clearly and help the kitchen team during busy shifts.
Requirements:
Previous line cook experience.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
Willingness to complete all assigned kitchen duties.
Jamaican or Caribbean cooking experience is a plus.
Pay: $19hr+ based on experience
