As a Defy SoCal Energy Consultant, you'll go door-to-door educating customers about energy supplier options and helping them choose the best provider for their needs.
Location: Interviews are held at our Hemet office. Sales will be conducted in the surrounding area and nearby cities.
Thanks to California's expanding deregulation program, we are now able to sell throughout Southern California.
Compensation:
• Starting Pay: $20 per hour
• Daily Goal: 5 sales per day
• Weekly Commission Structure:
• 20 - 39 sales per week: $10 per sale paid on all sales
• 40+ sales per week: $20 per sale paid on sales
💰 Earn over $1,000 per week!
Pay Schedule:
Pay: Bi Weekly Pay Periods
1st - 15th of the month is paid on the 25th
16th - end of month is paid on the 10th of the following month
What We're Looking For:
• Motivated self-starters
• Able to Work outside and go DOOR to DOOR
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
• Sales experience REQUIRED
