We are currently seeking experienced Handymen, Plumbers, Electricians, and General Contractors to join our growing team in Los Angeles, CA and nearby cities, including Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Pomona, Chino, Montclair, Fontana, and Claremont. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in property turns, repairs, renovations, and general maintenance projects for both single-family and multi-family rental homes. This role offers the opportunity to work with a steady flow of projects while contributing to the upkeep and improvement of residential properties.
Vendor Payment Policy:
Payment Methods: ACH bank deposit, QuickBooks, or Zelle.
Payment Schedule: Net 3 payment terms — complete the job, upload photos, submit your invoice, and get paid within 3 days.
Materials Purchases: For material costs $50 and above, a phone sale will be arranged prior to purchase.
Vendor Requirements:
To be eligible to receive work from Sparkling Homes Maintenance, all prospective vendors must:

* Provide a valid Driver’s License (mandatory)
* Submit proof of insurance (optional but encouraged)
* Electricians, Plumbers, and General Contractors: valid state license required
