We are expanding and hiring 2–3 experienced Collections Representatives / Closers for a 100% remote opportunity.
THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION.
We're looking for experienced collectors or proven telephone closers who know how to take control of a conversation, overcome objections, negotiate resolutions, maintain strong follow-up and CLOSE.
If you're confident, competitive, money-motivated and capable of producing without being micromanaged, we want to hear from you.
100% REMOTE
We provide the tools and operational support needed to perform the position, including account inventory, CRM access, phone/dialing systems, payment-processing tools, applicable skip-tracing resources, training and management support.
COMMISSION STRUCTURE
$0–$14,999.99 collected — 35%
$15,000–$24,999.99 collected — 37%
$25,000+ collected — 40%
Higher commission tiers apply retroactively to the entire month's qualifying collections.
Examples:
$10,000 collected = $3,500 commission
$15,000 collected = $5,550 commission
$20,000 collected = $7,400 commission
$25,000 collected = $10,000 commission
Minimum Monthly Production Goal: $10,000

Monday–Friday
7:00 AM–4:00 PM Pacific Time
One-hour lunch
No weekends
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience in third-party collections, recovery, debt resolution, financial services, high-ticket telephone sales or another results-driven closing environment is strongly preferred.
You should be comfortable spending your day on the phone, asking for payment, overcoming objections, negotiating resolutions, maintaining callbacks, documenting accounts accurately and working independently from home.
