Kimco Staffing is partnering with an established company in Huntington Beach, CA, to hire experienced Sit-Down, Reach and Cherry Picker Forklift Operators for a busy, safety-focused warehouse and manufacturing environment.
Operators who have experience on 1 or all 3 forklifts are still encouraged to apply! Multiple schedules and start times available.
💰 PAY
✅ Base Pay: $19.00-$20.00/hour
✅ 2nd-shift differential: $1.00/hour
✅ 3rd-shift differential: $1.50/hour
✅ Overtime paid according to applicable law
🕐 SCHEDULE & SHIFTS
Monday-Friday
Overtime and/or weekend work may be required based on business needs
• 1st Shift Option 1: 5:00AM-1:30PM
• 1ST Shift Option 2: 6:00AM-2:05PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00PM-10:05PM
• 3rd Shift Option 1: 10:00 PM–6:05 AM
• 3rd Shift Option 2: 11:25 PM–7:30 AM
📦 JOB DUTIES
• Operate sit-down, reach and cherry picker forklifts to safely move, load, unload, stage, and put away materials.
• Transport pallets and products to designated locations.
• Complete routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow company safety policies, operating procedures, and applicable forklift requirements.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
✅ REQUIREMENTS
• Recent experience operating sit-down, reach and cherry picker forklifts.
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work reliably in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening, which may include a background check and drug screening, consistent with applicable law and company policy.
• Able to wear required safety footwear
